We provide engineers the opportunity to work busy contracts where they can either maximize their time and earning capability or more consistent longer term projects where less hours and lifestyle are more the motivation. Typically we will spend the time to discuss what it is you need or wish to achieve from the work you undertake with Bermil and where possible marry that need to a particular site or customer.

Many individuals have utilised our short term contracts with two week minimum stays and return travel and accommodation to earn extra income, occasionally taking leave from other locations to do so. Others have decided to join Bermil Aerospace to gain specific type experience or generally broaden their experience to improve employability.

To ensure the availability and professional develpoment of our aviation personnel,
Bermil Aerospace has partnered with Tamworth TAFE to provide Recognition of
Prior Learning appraisal and is positioned to offer upskilling when working for Bermil
Aerospace on defence contracts.
