the three main trade groups. Airframe-Engine, Structures and Avionics. Our data base includes both AME’s and LAME’s and we have a steady team of contractors working on numerous sites both defence and commercial, across a wide range of aircraft types on a daily basis.
Bermil’s ability to attract quality personnel and working on long term programs has developed a team from which to draw upon to meet customer AOG repairs as well as fulfill scheduled long term work. Our customer relationships are formed with a partnering focus which allows us to marry the right individuals to the each customer’s application resulting in consistency for both.
Bermil personnel typically come from both the Defence and Commercial aircraft industries and have on average more than eight years trade background. Each individual has been screened for experience and qualifications and where required undergo security screening.
The work performed is on an hourly contract basis and we have broad experience in general scheduled maintenance or on the flight line. Bermil personnel have been involved in many modification programs both on and off aircraft repairs and component overhauls.
At the request of our customers many ancillary trades and support personnel now form part of our capability offering and our growing team. The flexibility and administrative cost savings are attractive to our customers and the ease of dealing with Bermil forms part of our increasing success.
